1 cup loosely packed basil (about 30 large leaves)
3 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until combined- (about 6 or 7 times)- Pour over tomatoes.
