Blueberry syrup

1 Pint fresh blueberries
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons water


Place the blueberries in a saucepan with sugar and water. Turn heat to high and simmer on high heat for 4 minutes. Serve over Pancakes, waffles or French toast.
